BASS TYPE 2

“Type 2” is my designation for this Supersound bass (there are others - also without names or model numbers - which hail from the Supersound stable).

This tele-influenced instrument has a 30¼-inch scale length and is made from Pyrana Pine; by today's standards, more a “Baritone Guitar” than a bass. It is powered by one Supersound BPU/01 bass pickup.

The guitar probably dates from 1960/61.
